In my role at Crypto Homies, my task was to help reintroduce  the iconic Homies brand into the digital collectibles market. Originally a popular series in Low Rider Magazine that expanded into a physical collectible phenomenon with over 120 million figurines sold, Homies was poised for a digital revival. I was responsible for strategically positioning the Homies Founder's Edition NFT series—a limited collection that included beloved characters like Eightball and Willie G, based on original artworks by David Gonzales created between 1998 and 2009. These NFTs not only encapsulated the brand's legacy but also functioned as digital passports that granted owners exclusive access to physical collectibles. I played a key role in planning and executing the launch of the NFT series, which sold out in under four hours. This project helped blend traditional and digital collectibles while maintaining the brand's cultural and artistic essence. I continue to collaborate with the team as we get ready to introduce new physical collectibles soon.
